Shannon Heyman is the Communications Director at Howard Hanna | Coach Realtors, where she oversees internal and external communications, digital marketing, and agent support. She leads the Digital Marketing team, ensuring agents have the tools and training needed to effectively market their businesses. She also manages internal communications to keep the company informed and engaged.

Beyond marketing, Shannon plays a key role in agent education and event organization, helping create opportunities for professional growth and collaboration. Her work ensures that Howard Hanna | Coach Realtors maintains a strong, cohesive brand while providing agents with the resources they need to succeed.

With a passion for both marketing and helping others, Shannon brings creativity, strategy, and organization to her role. When she’s not working, she enjoys teaching or practicing yoga and reading a good book.
